Window World did a fabulous job on my new windows and patio door. From the consultation through installation, they were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and left no surprises. Bo Webb was great with the consult and cost estimate. And the fellas who did the installation was fast and clean. They went above and beyond in showing us the features and making sure we new how to maintain our windows. It was a pleasure working with the whole company. And my windows and patio door look wonderful. I can't say enough about these folks. I recommend them wholeheartedly. If you've been putting off getting new windows, stop! They make it easy and affordable.

One of my windows had moisture inside the panes. We've had these for many years. I remembered that they have a lifetime guarantee, so I called them. Everett came this week and replace two windows in just a few minutes. Very pleased!

Absolutely love my new windows. The installation crew arrived early and got right to work. Extremely kind, courteous and professional. We were shown everything we needed to know about the operation of the windows. After everything was finished, they went around the whole house, inside and out, and cleaned up every speck. We had 12 windows replaced and the difference is phenomenal. We will highly recommend Window World!

In a world where quality, good workmanship, respect, etc., has become a thing of the past, I have to say kudos to Window World of Beckley! They got my windows made (all custom) in way less time than expected and then installed in 2 days. The crew that did the installation were respectful, knowledgeable, and actually fun to have here. They left no trash or any mess behind and when they were finished I had 3 new friends. The general manager came to my door and treated me like a valued customer. The young lady in the office was the sweetest person I have spoke to in a long, long time. I highly recommend Window World and would use them again any time!
